We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry(Except weekend and holidays). -If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote.
2.Can I buy samples placing orders?

3.What is your lead time?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. -Usually we can ship within 7-15 Work days for small quantity, and about 35 work days for large quantity.
4.What is the MOQ?
It depends on the models, MOQ is 500-1000PCS base on FOB. Of course,we could accept small trial orders for certain items.
5.What’s the term of payment?
We accept T/T, West Union and other online payments.
6.Do you support for OEM and ODM service?`
Yes, we are experienced in custom service.
7.Can we mark our own logo on product ?
Yes, we can make the logo for you, please let us know your logo so we can figure out the cost for you
8.What about the warranty?
We usually provide one year warranty.
9.Are your products conforming to our standards?
